Financials
Our financial support is primarily from grants. Though we are incredibly grateful for the traction owner-occupied home repair has seen in the philanthropic space, for the sake of our sustainability, we must continue to diversify our revenue sources.
The bulk of our expenses still remains in our home repair program, volunteer program, and client services program. Transitioning from a 100% volunteer organization to now fully staffed with full time paid employees, a handful of assets, and an ever growing need in our city has been a challenge we have been able to rise to with the help of our community partners and supporters.
